QingDao zhengda heavy industry.Co.Ltd is one enterprise intergrating foundry,Website:http://www.zhengdacasting.com,forging and machining of non-ferrous metal such as steel casting,copper casting,aluminum casting.Locating in west of 204 national highway and 57 kilometers to the third Chinese largest port,Qingdao port.It only need 20 minutes by car from Qingdao jiaodong international airport,the company is in China non-ferrous metal foundry base—Jiaozhou foundry industrial park with convenient traffic and excellent geography condition.We have been more than 30 years experiences in this casting industry.

Our Factory
The factory and construction areas of Qingdao zhengda are 40,000 m^2 and 20,000 m^2 respectively.With its 120 sets of machining equipments,8 sets of centrifugal casting machines,10 medium frequency induction melting furnace, 3 sets of heat treatment furnaces(from 550T-300T), complete sets of physical and chemical analysis (tension tester, impact testing machine,durometers)and detection methods with spectrum analyzers,ultrasonic fault detectors and metalloscopes,Qingdao Zhengda soundly ensures its product qualities and owns the comprehensive capabilities of foundry,forging,heating,welding and machining.
